Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 (20 oz.) can fruit pie filling (cherry is great!)
1/4 c. sugar
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
Preparation

Cut margarine into dry cake mix and add coconut.
Press mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Spread pie filling, sugar and spices over baked crust.
Mix sour cream and egg and spread over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
