Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1/2 lb. cooked rice (let cool)
1 1/2 lb. hamburg
1 c. Hunt's tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook cabbage in salty water for 10 minutes; drain and separate leaves.
Mix ingredients together.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes; add thin slice of salt pork on top of each cabbage.
It will add taste and also keep the leaves from drying up.
Do not put too much salt, if using salt pork.
