Crab Meat In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-size can crab meat
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
    1 medium can stewed tomatoes or diced tomatoes
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
    Add onion, garlic, parsley, bay leaf, oregano, thyme, pepper and celery. Cook until softened.
    Add tomato or stewed tomatoes.
    Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add the crab meat and cook until the crab is fully warm.
    Serve over cooked rice.
