Spicy Roasted Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    2 (16 oz.) cans salted peanuts
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a heavy skillet, cook oil, garlic and red pepper flakes over medium heat about 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add peanuts and stir until well blended.
    Pour peanut mixture onto a baking sheet.
    Bake about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Bake to lightly browned.
    Sprinkle paprika and chili powder over peanuts and stir.
    Allow peanuts to cool completely. Yields 6 cups peanuts.
