Southwest Chicken & Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked Texmati brown rice
    2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped chilies, drained
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Spread Texmati brown rice in greased 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Top with remaining ingredients, layering in the order given. *Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
