Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 can water
    1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Remove meat from pan and saute onion and celery in grease from sausage.
    Put in casserole; add remaining ingredients.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Stir a few times during baking.
