Raspberry Ribbon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberry
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped, no need to add sugar
Preparation
    Red Layer:
    Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water.
    Add frozen berries and juice.
    Stir until berries thaw, then chill until partially set.
