Lenore'S Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can salmon
1 egg
1 medium potato
salt and pepper to taste
corn meal
Preparation

Boil potato; peel and dice finely.
Break up salmon and remove skin and bones.
Add beaten egg, salt, pepper and diced potatoes to salmon.
Mix well and form into patties.
Coat with corn meal. Gently place into a skillet of heated oil and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
