Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
    1 can mushroom or celery soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Place roast on a large piece of aluminum foil.
    Pour soup mix over and add soup (undiluted).
    Bring ends of foil together and lightly gather so juice cannot escape.
    Cook in 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Very good and easy to fix.
