Quick And Easy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. dried onion
1/3 c. beef base
46 oz. vegetable cocktail
46 oz. water
1 lb. mixed frozen vegetables
5 potatoes, cubed
Preparation
-
Brown meat; drain.
Add liquids and spices; bring to boil. Add beef base; stir well.
Add diced potatoes and vegetables. Simmer until tender (approximately 45 minutes).
