Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. boneless chuck roast
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
    3 Tbsp. bottled barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 medium onions, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour over chuck roast in roasting pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 6 hours.
    Shred meat with a fork and serve.
    May be made ahead and frozen, adding water as necessary, when reheating.
