Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 (3 oz.) can (1 1/3 c.) flaked coconut
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, butter, lemon juice, rind and vanilla.
    Pour filling into pie shell.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool before serving.
