Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
6 pork chops
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c. uncooked rice
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. water
Preparation

Melt butter in casserole dish.
Arrange pork chops in prepared dish.
Sprinkle with soup mix, rice and green pepper.
Spoon catsup over top.
Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce.
Pour water over all.
Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
