Double Corn Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pancake mix
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 (No. 1) can (2 c.) cream-style corn
    1 c. milk
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Stir pancake mix and cornmeal.
    Combine corn, milk, eggs and oil.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir until moist.
    Drop batter from 1/4 cup measure onto hot, lightly greased griddle.
    Turn once. Makes 16 (4-inch) pancakes.
