Lasagne Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 1/3 c. tomato paste
    10 oz. lasagne noodles
    3 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly.
    Spoon off excess fat.
    Add next 6 ingredients.
    Simmer uncovered until sauce is thick (45 minutes to 1 hour), stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
    Use salad oil in cooking water to keep noodles from sticking together.
    Drain.
    Rinse in cold water.
