Italian Beef Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 to 2 cans water
    1 small (5.5 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye Italian style vegetables with seasoned sauce
    rice
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet; drain.
    Add salt, tomato sauce, V-8 juice and water; bring to boil.
    Add vegetables; cook until tender.
    Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
