Sweepstake Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. boiled cold potatoes
1/2 c. radish slices
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sliced green onions
3 hard-boiled eggs, cubed
3/8 c. sour cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. herb vinegar
3/4 tsp. celery seed

Preparation

Combine diced green onions, radishes, eggs and potatoes. Blend remaining ingredients.
Mix lightly with potato mixture. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves.
