Cauliflower Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, broken into pieces
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place cauliflower and water in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cook in microwave covered on Full power 8 to 10 minutes.
    Let stand covered.
    Combine onion, celery, parsley and butter in 1-quart dish.
    Cook on Full power 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
    Stir halfway through.
    Dissolve bouillon in water; blend in cornstarch, soy sauce and pepper.
    Pour into onion mix.
    Cook on Full power 2 minutes or until thick.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
    Drain cauliflower.
    Place in serving dish.
    Spoon sauce over.
