Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 small sour cream
1 small can creamed corn
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)

Preparation

Can add 1/8 cup hot pepper, chopped fine.
