Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/4 lb. butter or oleo
Preparation

Finely grate the cheese.
Combine with other ingredients and beat until creamy, adding a few drops of water, if necessary, to form a firm dough.
