Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pastry shell
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecan nut meats
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix sugar, corn syrup, water and margarine; bring to a boil. Beat eggs and gradually add syrup mixture.
    Add nut meats, salt and vanilla extract.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake.
    If you want to make 2 pies, just double the ingredients.
