Grandma'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs (16 crackers)
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 eggs, separated
    19 oz. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour (plain)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, 3 tablespoons sugar and cream of tartar until stiff.
    Set aside.
    Beat cream cheese until soft.
    Add 1 1/2 cups sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Add egg yolks one at a time.
    Add sour cream and vanilla.
    Fold in egg whites. Melt margarine and add to cracker crumbs.
    Put 3/4 of crumbs in greased and floured spring-form pan.
    Add cheese mixture.
    Put remaining crumbs on top.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
