Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1/4 c. oleo
2/3 c. brown sugar
maraschino cherries
1 white or yellow cake mix
Preparation

Make cake mix following directions on box.
Melt margarine in heavy cast-iron skillet.
Mix in brown sugar and spread evenly. Arrange pineapple slices on top of brown sugar mixture.
Put cherry in center of each slice.
Pour cake batter over this. Bake at 350\u00b0 until pick comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes, then turn over onto cake plate.
