Microwave-Munching Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. roasted, salted peanuts
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In a microwave-safe bowl, blend sugar and syrup.
    Microwave 3 minutes on High.
    Stir in peanuts.
    Microwave 3 to 5 minutes (High).
    Add butter and vanilla; blend well.
    Microwave 1 to 2 minutes. Add baking soda; stir gently until light and foamy.
    Pour mixture on to lightly buttered cookie sheet.
    Let cool 1/2 to 1 hour.
