No-Bake Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 large pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 large pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Put the evaporated milk in freezer for 1/2 hour.
    Dissolve the jello and sugar in boiling water in a separate bowl.
    With electric beaters, whip evaporated milk until doubled in volume. Add cream cheese; whip.
    Add dissolved jello mixture, pineapple and vanilla.
    Pour mixture evenly into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish lined with crushed graham crackers.
    Sprinkle top with a handful of crushed graham crackers.
    Refrigerate.
