Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into an 8-inch square pan in which the tablespoon of butter has been melted.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
