Sugarless Sweet Potatoes 'N Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can unsweetened sweet potatoes, drained
1 fresh orange
2 packets Sweet 'N Low
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. unsweetened orange or pineapple juice
Preparation

Spray a baking dish with Pam to prevent sticking.
Drain sweet potatoes and place in the dish.
Peel orange and separate into segments.
Place on top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle with sugar substitute and cinnamon.
Add raisins.
Pour orange or pineapple juice over top.
Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
