Baked Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sauerkraut
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. cooked potatoes
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Fry sausage until brown. Drain off fat and mix with other ingredients (reserving a few bread crumbs). Put all into baking dish and sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Pour 3/4 cup milk over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
