Tomato Juice Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups tomato juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze until quite firm.
This will take less than an hour in most refrigerators.
Spoon mixture into sherbet glasses.
Top each serving with a sprig of parsley.
Serve immediately.
Serve with a couple of crackers or at Christmastime, serve with Scramble (toasted cereals).
