Green Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, sliced thin
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix sugar with flour and spices.
Layer apples in pie crust, then sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Continue to layer until shell is full.
Top with second crust.
Mix a little melted butter with brown sugar and put over top crust.
Cook for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
