Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 c. rice
    2 c. hot water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute
    onion
    and
    pepper
    in margarine.
    Dissolve beef bouillon in
    hot water.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into 2 quart casserole.
    Bake
    at\t350\u00b0
    for 30 to 35 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
