Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
1 pkg. almond Rice-A-Roni
2 (6 oz.) cans marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
4 cooked, cut chicken breasts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Prepare rice by package directions.
Cool.
Cook and cube chicken breasts.
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
