Perfect Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine egg, bread crumbs, onion and salt; mix well.
    Add beef and mix thoroughly.
    Divide mixture into 8 equal parts.
    Roll each part (like a sausage) into a 6-inch length.
    Lay the 8 pieces side by side and use a knife to cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Roll each piece into a ball.
    Place the meatballs into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Add to spaghetti sauce or use in a cocktail recipe.
