Sweet Potato Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Pet-Ritz pie shells, thawed
6 medium to large sweet potatoes, boiled until done
2 sticks margarine
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 large eggs (if you want to)

Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes until done; peel.
Put in mixer.
Add sugar; mix together good.
Add butter, then add milk, as if you were making mashed potatoes.
Add spices.
You want the mixture runny, then pour into pie shells.
Bake for about an hour, or until done, at 350\u00b0.
