Open-Faced Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    5 to 6 peaches (canned peaches may be used)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Line pie shell with peaches.
    Sprinkle sugar over fruit.
    Bake in shell for 10 minutes.
    Take out and turn oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix the egg, sugar, flour and butter.
    Pour over fruit.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
