Hummingbird Cake With Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 large banana, mashed OR chopped
    8 oz. (1 can) pineapple, crushed
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add eggs and oil; stirring until moistened.
    Add bananas, pineapple (with juice), pecans and vanilla.
    Stir well.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
