2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and set aside.
Mix sugar, salt, water and shortening to your yeast.
Then add flour until dough is stiff.
Let rise for 15 to 20 minutes, then beat down.
Let rise for 15 to 20 minutes, then cook for 30 to 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
