Italian Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    5 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar, oil and egg yolks together.
    Add flour and soda and sift together.
    Add buttermilk and mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and then add coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0.
