Pumpkin Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour

Preparation

Grease jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides), line with wax paper and grease paper.
Mix and pour the batter on top of wax paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn cake upside down on cloth tea towel dusted with 10x sugar.
Pull off paper carefully. Roll in towel.
Cool.
Unroll and fill.
