Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

4 Apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. Cinnamon
4 tsp. Sugar
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
4 Eggs
3 tsp. Baking Powder
3 tsp. Vanilla
1\\3 C. Orange Juice
1 C. Oil
Preparation

Preheat Oven 350\u00b0. Grease and flour tube pan.
Mix apples, cinnamon, and sugar together. Set aside.
Mix sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, orange juice and oil. Beat well for 10 min. Pour 1\\2 mixture into tube pan. Then put apple mixure in pan. Add remaining mixture on top. Bake for 1 hour.
