Breakfast Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 large well ripened bananas
1 pkg. pitted dates
1/2 lb. butter
3 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Cream butter and sugar; blend eggs.
Mix and sift flour and salt.
Add chopped dates, mashed bananas and chopped walnuts.
