Apricot Nectar Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. canned apricot nectar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 tsp. vanilla
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. apricot nectar
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until smooth (at least 2 minutes with electric mixer).
Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
When cool, punch hole in cake with fork.
Drizzle glaze over cake.
