Cantonese Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peas and onions, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
    3 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Mix bread and butter together and spread over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
