Red Velvet Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    7 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 bottle red cake coloring (add last)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Let cake rest in pan 5 minutes before turning out.
