Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. black olives, chopped
    2 baked potatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 small can peas
Preparation
    Brown meat, add salt and pepper.
    Lightly grease a 10 x 15-inch baking dish and line with 1/2 of tortillas (break up for easier serving).
    Cover with 1/2 the meat, sprinkle with 1/2 the potatoes, peas, olives, onion and cheese.
    Repeat, except for cheese.
