Macaroni And Cheese(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    wheat germ
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Heat butter or margarine in 4 cup glass measure at High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Gradually add milk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Cook at High power for 3 1/4 to 4 1/2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
    Stir 3 times.
    Add cheese and stir until completely melted.
