Waldorf Salad Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. real (not imitation) commercial mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. unpeeled, diced (1/4-inch) red apples (about 1 1/4 lb.)
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. finely diced (1/8-inch) celery
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 12-cup fluted tube pan, about 9 x 3 1/2-inches.
