Stuffed Peppers(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ground beef
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 green peppers
    1 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplement
    1 c. water
    2 1/2 c. bean sprouts
Preparation
    In medium mixing bowl, combine beef, 1 tablespoon green onions, garlic and pepper.
    Cut green peppers in half; scoop out seed and fill with veal mixture.
    Place green peppers in a preheated skillet, meat side down.
    Brown meat, then turn peppers over; dissolve tomato soup in water.
    Add remaining green onions and pour over peppers.
    Cover and cook for 1/2 hour medium heat. Remove green peppers.
    Place bean sprouts in soup mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
