Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large cooked potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sliced olives
bacon strips
Preparation

Cube and cook potatoes; drain.
Cube Velveeta cheese.
Combine potatoes, cheese, onion, mayonnaise and salt in casserole baking dish.
Spread evenly in dish.
Top with olives and bacon, alternating in rows.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
