Easy Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3 c. powdered sugar
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. ground nuts, cocoa or toasted coconut
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.
    Add melted chocolate chips and vanilla; mix well.
    Refrigerate approximately 1 hour.
